	I, the undersigned, agree to comply with the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing, the Regatta Instructions and any other applicable regulations, as well as accept any penalties that may be imposed along with other actions which may fall within the scope of the rules and any appeals and revisions contained therein as definitive decisions with regard to any matters relating to these rules, and agree not to challenge the outcome of such decisions in a court or tribunal. In addition, the undersigned and their crew accept that the Organising Committee or any other person or entity involved in the organisation of the event does not assume any responsibility for loss, damage, injury or inconvenience that may affect people or property, both on land and sea, as a consequence of participating in this regatta and accept that all responsibility is assumed by the undersigned. As stipulated in rule 4 of the RRS, I acknowledge that it is my exclusive responsibility to decide to race or to continue racing, and I agree not to challenge any matter relating to this decision and its consequences in a court or tribunal.
